Can you walk me through the process?

We have a team of super talented and experienced sales associates. We will assign you a Sales Executive who will work exclusively with you to find you the house of your dreams or the best property (commercial or residential) for investment. We put client's needs at the forefront and client's satisfaction is key for us.

How many homes should I look at before I make a purchasing decision?

It really depends on what you are looking for and what kind of market you are in. Sometimes it is the first house that catches the eye and turns out to be the final place of residence. Other times, a client may go through many houses before deciding on the one. Market also plays a big role. Sometimes there is more inventory available giving more optionality to the client. While other times, there is very limited few to choose from.

All that being said, we work with the client to find them what they are looking for at the best available price.
