Rawalpindi's Grand Crackdown on Illegal Housing Societies! The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and local police have launched a massive operation against major illegal housing schemes. Beware of these fraudulent housing schemes and safeguard your hard-earned money by conducting due diligence before investment.

A joint task force comprising the district administration, local police, and the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) carried out a significant operation, targeting illegal housing schemes in Chakri Road Rawalpindi. These unauthorized housing schemes include:
1- Abdullah City
2- Avalon City
3- Blue World City
4- Al-Imran Homes
The operation involved the demolition of main gates, bunkers, advertising banners, dividers, billboards, and road infrastructures associated with these illegal housing schemes. The RDA's Director-General stated that this action was prompted by complaints from the public. The RDA intends to seek the dissolution of stay orders granted to these illegal housing schemes through the additional sessions judge. Additionally, the RDA plans to continue its operations against such illegal schemes.
Furthermore, several other unauthorized housing schemes have also been blacklisted by RDA, including:
1- Hoon Farm
2- Theme Park
3- Cighu Farm House
4- Green Hawks
5- Freedom Smart Home
6- Atlantic City
7- Attar Farms
8- Green View
9- Lake View City
10- Gulberg Garden
11- Green Stone
12- Islamabad Farms Ph-1/2
RDA representative Mr Jappa said that: “the citizens should not invest in illegal housing schemes and are requested to visit the website of RDA. Also, they are advised to buy and sell only from approved housing schemes”.
Mr Jappa further added that notices had been issued in the past to the owners and sponsors of the above mentioned illegal housing schemes. Also, the FIRs were lodged to stop illegal advertisements, bookings and development.
He highlighted that the owners of these properties had been operating illegal booking offices in violation of established regulations.
