- Coral Towers were the first ones to be delivered
- Completed in 2019
- Consists of 2 sub-towers – Coral North Tower & Coral South Tower
- Back in 2019, Emaar was working with a local partner and delivered Coral under the JV arrangement
- Quality is good compared to other options in the city, but is on the lower end of the range when compared to other Emaar buildings which were constructed solely by Emaar (after the JV with local partner company got resolved)
- Is not centrally air-conditioned  


2) Reef Towers


- Reef Towers were the 2nd ones to be delivered
- Completed in 2020
- Consist of 2 sub-towers – Reef Tower 1 & Reef Tower 2
- Built by Emaar itself & has top notch quality of construction and finishes
- Centrally air-conditioned  


3) Pearl Towers


- Pearl Towers were the 3rd ones to be delivered
- Completed in 2021
- Consist of 3 sub-towers – Pearl Tower 1, Pearl Tower 2 & Pearl Tower 3
- Built by Emaar itself & has top notch quality of construction and finishes
- Centrally air-conditioned  


Residential Projects - Under Construction as of 2023


1) Panorama Tower


- Next in line to be delivered by December 2024
- Panorama is on track to become Pakistan's Tallest Water-front Tower
- G + 45 Floors Tower
- Construction contract is awarded to ACL (Associated Constructors Limited)


2) The Views Tower


- To be delivered after Panorama in 2025
- Will consist of 2 sub-towers - The Views Tower 1 & The Views Tower 2
- The Views Tower 1 will have G + 31 Floors
- The Views Tower 2 will have G + 43 Floors
- Construction contract is awarded to Paragron Constructors
