The first plan that will be completed by the end of this year is an under-construction road infrastructure approved by the Sindh Government, located on the right side of Korangi Crossway. This fast route will directly connect to Korangi Creek Industrial Park (KCIP), which will significantly improve accessibility to The Mangrove Community.
The second plan is the Korangi Link Road, also approved by the Sindh Government. This route will primarily connect to the Malir Expressway, extending through Korangi Creek Industrial Park (KCIP) and The Mangrove Community before leading to Airmen Golf Club. Once completed, it will greatly reduce traveling time to The Mangrove.
Additionally, a 1.2 km bridge is under development to link KCIP & The Mangrove Community with a part DHA Ph 8 close to Ayesha Masjid. This bridge has received approval from CBC and the Sindh Government, with only DHA’s approval pending. The DHA is expected to grant approval once the area's construction progress reaches 40–45%, up from the current 25%, as this will help manage traffic flow.
